Sometimes the body needs to lead

Talk therapy is powerful. And sometimes words aren't enough or they're not where healing wants to start. Breathwork is a guided somatic practice that works directly with your nervous system, helping you access and release what's been stored in the body long after the mind has tried to move on. You don't need to have the right words. You just need to breathe.

How it works:

We use connected breathing to help the body access stored tension and emotion, moving between activation and rest so the nervous system can regulate and release. You may experience tears, tingling, temperature shifts, or emotional waves. These are signs of the body doing what it knows how to do.

Movement, sound, and therapeutic touch may also be incorporated, all optional, always based on your comfort and consent.

Breathwork may be right for you if:

You experience anxiety or chronic stress · You feel stuck despite trying other approaches · You struggle to connect with or express your emotions · You hold tension in your body · You feel disconnected from yourself · You're seeking emotional release · You're curious about somatic healing · You're looking for a deeper mind-body-spirit connection.

What to expect:

Your first session begins with a conversation about your intentions, physical limitations, and touch preferences. I'll walk you through what to expect so nothing feels unfamiliar. Sessions close with a meditation for integration and a brief check-in.

You're not required to share your history or explain yourself. The focus is simply on tuning into your body and honoring what feels present.

If you've tried to think your way through it and it hasn't been enough, breathwork might be what's next.
